Kintetsu World Express (HK) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile incoming invoices, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.
- Collaborate with the AP Lead to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe activities to the supervisor or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals, providing leadership and support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
- University/College degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Hands-on experience in an Accounts Payable related role, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or similar accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex financial issues.
