Fashion Designer

Fashion Point is seeking a skilled Tailor to join our team. As a Tailor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, made-to-measure garments according to customer and manufacturing specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and create custom garments, including hats and fur accessories, using commercial patterns and your own designs.
- Operate sewing machines and sew by hand to produce high-quality garments.
- Select and modify commercial patterns to fit customers' and clothing manufacturers' specifications.
- Mark, cut, and sew fabric to create custom garments.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the fashion industry.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Permanent work term.
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
- English language.
