About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead our Middle East and North Africa operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving site conversion, and enhancing the overall shopper experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day trading of our ecommerce sites in the Middle East, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including average order size, value, conversion rates, and returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, optimize visual merchandising, and drive sales.
  • Own the analytical and CRO tools to unlock deeper insights, build hypotheses, and test to generate incremental output against KPIs.
  • Support the Marketing function in building, executing, and optimizing marketing tactics to drive incremental traffic to our ecommerce sites.
  • Work closely with the Technology/Product team to design, develop, and deploy tools needed to deliver objectives, resolving short-term bugs or functionality issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with Middle East customer insights, retail benchmarking, consumer trends, ecommerce trends, payment landscapes, logistics landscapes, and marketing best practices.
About You
  • 2+ years of experience managing Middle East ecommerce sites/businesses.
  • Proven expertise with eCommerce CMS/Platforms, Analytical/CRO tools like Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of demand creation and optimization of inbound traffic channels from Organic, Earned, Paid Media & CRM.
  • Ability to work in a high-performance environment, delivering against challenging deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of retail, ecommerce, and marketing businesses, with a natural ability to deliver promises to customers and revenue optimization.
