Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Malina Bakery Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
