Job Summary:


CB Canada is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Center Operations Clerk to join our team in Delta, British Columbia. As a Center Operations Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to walk-in customers and respond to phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Logistics and Operations: Manage the receipt, processing, and shipment of packages, as well as maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Equipment and Technology: Operate heavy machinery, utilize software and equipment, and train colleagues on their use.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent international qualification.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software, as well as strong computer skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift packages weighing over 18 kg (40 lb).
