- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Order supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Ability to work in a team environment, providing excellent customer service.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
