About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Stay Fresh Footwear Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Advertising and Promotion: Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters.
  • Marketing Analysis: Conduct analytical marketing studies to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Online Marketing: Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to reach a wider audience and increase brand visibility.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in marketing or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, creative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Arrangement: 30 hours per week, permanent position.
