The Vice President, Partnerships & Alliances – Partner Programs will play a pivotal role in building a best-in-class comprehensive partner program, driving strategy, administration, and infrastructure to expand and scale the programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the partner program, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Establish, nurture, and mature relationships with key partners to drive mutual growth and success.
- Design and implement comprehensive partner programs, including incentives, training, certification, and support.
- Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and processes for program administration.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner programs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
You are a fit for this role if you possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in partner program management, business development, or a related role within the software industry.
- 10+ years of team leadership and management, including executive-level engagement.
- Strong customer-facing skills, strategic thinking, and ability to execute tactically and independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong executive presence.
- Ability to develop and maintain deep relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated global leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Thorough knowledge of trends impacting the market and the needs of customers.
- Strong network building in the industry and strategic partnering.
- Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Familiarity with partnership management tools, such as PRM software.
