About the Role

The Vice President, Partnerships & Alliances – Partner Programs will play a pivotal role in building a best-in-class comprehensive partner program, driving strategy, administration, and infrastructure to expand and scale the programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for the partner program, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Establish, nurture, and mature relationships with key partners to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Design and implement comprehensive partner programs, including incentives, training, certification, and support.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and processes for program administration.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner programs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
About You

You are a fit for this role if you possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in partner program management, business development, or a related role within the software industry.
  • 10+ years of team leadership and management, including executive-level engagement.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, strategic thinking, and ability to execute tactically and independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong executive presence.
  • Ability to develop and maintain deep relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated global leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Thorough knowledge of trends impacting the market and the needs of customers.
  • Strong network building in the industry and strategic partnering.
  • Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Familiarity with partnership management tools, such as PRM software.
