Position Overview

  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers effectively to clean dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Supply Management: Replenish condiments and other necessary supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items.
  • Inventory Control: Keep accurate records of food quantities used and manage the packaging of take-out food.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
  • Vegetable and Fruit Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed.
Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, often under pressure.
