Role Summary
As a **Licensed Practical Nurse** within the Nursing Resource Team, your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding, patient-focused care with an emphasis on cultural awareness and support. Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nursing diploma from an accredited Community College
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Experience in Medicine/General Surgery, Pediatrics, Mental Health, and Emergency care
- Training/experience in Geriatrics and various specialized care areas
- Proficiency in English; bilingualism in French is considered an asset
What We Provide
Joining NYGH means becoming part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, support staff, and volunteers at one of Canada's leading hospitals. This Full-Time Regular Position includes 8 and 12-hour shifts, including weekends as part of the Nursing Resource Team.
