Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and fixing plumbing, heating, and electrical issues ranging from basic to intermediate levels.
- Conducting repairs on windows, doors, blinds, appliances, and performing replacements for fixtures and flooring materials.
- Engaging in painting, drywall repair, and other finishing tasks.
- Overseeing the maintenance of the building's exterior and performing basic landscaping as needed.
- Identifying and reporting any operational faults or material defects.
Qualifications for Success:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a maintenance-related position.
- Completion of relevant vocational training, technical certification, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with hand tools and maintenance equipment.
- Familiarity with using digital devices for work-related tasks.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
