  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize labor costs.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of meat products.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that products are properly stored and displayed.
  • Supervise Workers: Provide guidance and support to sales floor staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Manage Cash: Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week.
