Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at K&H LOYALTY SERVICES INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient storage.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a retail business environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

This role requires standing for extended periods and walking throughout the store. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Experience:

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail business environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
