The Role:

At Web Sharx, we work with a diverse range of businesses, from small startups to established enterprises, across various industries. As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life by developing high-quality branding materials, including logo designs, business card designs, flyers, and marketing materials. Your expertise will also be utilized in designing custom website designs, with a focus on user experience and design.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively meet client objectives and needs through the use of graphic design tools and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Respond promptly to client feedback, implementing solutions to address their concerns.
  • Provide regular project updates to the team, ensuring transparency and open communication.
  • Validate functional requirements for each project, offering key recommendations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software to maintain a competitive edge in website development trends and changes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphic designer or related position.
  • A completed or currently pursuing business or arts degree from an educational institution.
  • Established background in graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with Adobe XD, Figma, or other website design prototype platforms.
  • Proficiency in using, editing, and mastering engagement with social media platforms.
  • Ability to hand-draw logos, vectors, and illustrate marketing materials.
  • Capacity to translate and capture a brand's positioning and culture into a graphic perspective.
  • Understanding of company core competencies and knowledge of the design industry.
  • Creative mindset and strategic thinking.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent writing, speaking, and communication skills.
  • Interest in the technology industry.
