Job Type/Schedule: Permanent, full-time, daytime/evening shifts, averaging 53 hours per week.
Location: Departing from the garage in Ange-Gardien.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of the truck prior to each departure.
- Efficiently load hogs onto the transport vehicle.
- Safely transport hogs from the farm to the processing facility and unload them.
- Operate and maintain the truck in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all established biosafety protocols.
- Complete vehicle inspection reports and all necessary documentation related to job duties.
Ideal Candidates Will:
- Possess a valid Class 1 driver's license.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
- Be physically fit and maintain a calm demeanor.
- Have a solid understanding of transportation regulations.
- Be committed to upholding animal welfare standards.
- Demonstrate politeness and effective communication skills.
