Job Description

As a Sunrise Team Member - Dining, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests during meal periods. Your role will involve greeting and seating residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner, handling food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures, and monitoring seating flow and dining room services to ensure prompt and courteous dining service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle all foods and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
  • Perform and assist with pouring and providing beverages and other service and bussing functions as necessary
  • Monitor seating flow, dining room services, and food availability to ensure prompt and courteous dining service
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
