About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at 1843095 Alberta LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's strategic objectives and ensuring the successful implementation of our business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to our organization, aligning our goals and objectives with our overall mission and vision.
  • Organizational Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve our organizational performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Communication: Represent our organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities, ensuring effective communication and representation of our interests.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including human, financial, and material resources, to implement organizational policies and programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior executive role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
