Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and develop detailed engineering designs and drawings
  • Develop and prepare design sketches, including concept and detailed designs
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Prepare contracts and tenders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Write technical reports and specifications, clearly communicating complex information
  • Estimate costs and materials, ensuring projects are completed within budget
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Examine drawings for conformity and errors, ensuring high-quality output
  • Consult with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements
  • Lead and instruct groups, providing guidance and support as needed
Work Environment

As a Drafting Specialist at X&H Construction and Renovation, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
