About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Axis Transportation Training Centre Ltd. as a Marketing Coordinator. This is a permanent position, working 30 to 36 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies

Design and implement effective communication strategies to promote our brand and services.

Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs

Assess the success of our communication strategies and programs, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for change.

Implement Communication Strategies and Programs

Develop and implement communication plans, including the creation of marketing materials, social media campaigns, and public relations initiatives.

Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material

Supervise the development of high-quality written materials, including reports, briefs, and website content.

Prepare Written Material

Write and edit reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles to promote our brand and services.

Produce Educational and Publicity Programs

Develop and deliver educational and publicity programs, materials, and sessions to promote our brand and services.

Provide Consultation on Planning and Starting of New Businesses

Offer expert advice on planning and starting new businesses, including market research and feasibility studies.

Publicize Activities, Workshops, Meetings, and Other Events

Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote our activities, workshops, meetings, and other events.

Supervise Professional and Support Staff and Students

Lead and manage a team of professional and support staff and students, providing guidance and support as needed.

Administer Programs to Promote Industrial and Commercial Business Investment

Develop and implement programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Perform Administrative Tasks

Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

Plan Development Projects

Develop and implement plans for development projects, including market research and feasibility studies.

Conduct Comparative Research on Marketing Strategies

Conduct research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.

Advise Clients on Advertising or Sales Promotion Strategies

Offer expert advice on advertising and sales promotion strategies, including market research and feasibility studies.

Answer Written and Oral Inquiries

Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients, stakeholders, and other interested parties.

Assist in the Preparation of Brochures, Reports, Newsletters, and Other Material

Support the development of high-quality written materials, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials.

Conduct Public Opinion and Attitude Surveys

Design and implement public opinion and attitude surveys to gather data on market trends and consumer behavior.

Gather, Research, and Prepare Communications Material

Collect and analyze data, and prepare communications materials, including reports, briefs, and website content.

Initiate and Maintain Contact with the Media

Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, including newspapers, magazines, and online publications.

Prepare and/or Deliver Educational, Publicity, and Information Programs, Materials, and Sessions

Develop and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to promote our brand and services.

Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies

Conduct in-depth marketing studies to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Design Market Research Questionnaires

Develop and implement market research questionnaires to gather data on market trends and consumer behavior.

Develop a Portfolio of Marketing Materials

Develop a portfolio of marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and website content.

Evaluate Customer Service and Store Environments

Assess the quality of customer service and store environments, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for change.

Design, Conduct, and Analyze Quantitative and Qualitative Research Projects

Develop and implement research projects, including market research and feasibility studies.

Develop Feasibility Studies

Conduct feasibility studies to identify potential business opportunities and areas for improvement.

Develop Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.

Deliver Presentations at Conferences, Workshops, or Symposia

Develop and deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to promote our brand and services.

Maintain and Manage Digital Database

Develop and maintain a digital database to store and manage data, including customer information and market research.

Write and Edit Press Releases, Newsletters, and Communications Materials

Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to promote our brand and services.
