About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Holder to join our team at Sherlock Clothing Limited. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for managing the sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring that it is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 15 to 25 hours per week.
