Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and training to stylists to improve their technical skills and customer service
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations
  • Collaborate with salon owners to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a hairstylist
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
