Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Teams: Lead and direct a team of 3-4 people, with the potential to expand to 5-10 people, to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.
  • Coordinate and Schedule Activities: Plan, coordinate, and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Set Up and Maintain Equipment: Ensure that all necessary equipment and machinery are set up and maintained to meet project requirements.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Conduct thorough cost estimates and material requisitions to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions: Provide recommendations for personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Requisition and Order Materials: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Lead and Instruct Individuals: Lead and instruct individuals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

This role will be based in an outdoor work environment, with a 37-hour workweek.

The primary language of communication for this role is English.
