Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Laxmi Convenience and Grocery Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless store operations and maximize sales potential.
- Hire and Train New Staff: Recruit, interview, and train new team members to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and sales performance.
- Authorize Payments and Manage Inventory: Process payments, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient store operations.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Organize and Maintain Store Appearance: Oversee the maintenance of store appearance, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software applications.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. You will be required to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
