Job Summary:

The Baker will be responsible for baking a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes for our customers. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities:
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Prepare special orders and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
