About the Role:
- Perform complex repairs and maintenance services on vehicles, adhering to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify malfunctions and implement effective repairs.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems and provide accurate solutions.
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required, prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction.
- Perform road tests using safe driving standards and ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and updates in automotive systems to provide the highest level of service.
- Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to dealership standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid 310s License.
- Proven experience as a licensed Automotive Technician (3+ years preferred).
- Strong product knowledge and technical/mechanical repair skills.
- Knowledge of the latest automotive technology and advancements.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- General Dealership experience and brand experience preferred.
