Key Responsibilities- Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings to create a seamless look.
- Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages to access high areas safely.
- Advise clients on color choices and provide expert recommendations.
- Estimate costs and materials for each project, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the trade.
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude.
