Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Novo Blinds. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Provide input into product design to ensure client needs are met
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Client focus, organized, and reliable
Work Environment:
