About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Medicentres. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our medical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Treat Patients

You will evaluate patients' physical and mental health, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans to address their medical needs.

Prescribe and Administer Medications

You will prescribe and administer medications and treatments as necessary to ensure patients receive the best possible care.

Provide Preventive Care

You will provide inoculations and vaccinations to prevent and treat diseases, and advise patients on health care and wellness.

Collaborate with Other Healthcare Professionals

You will work closely with other medical practitioners to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.

Maintain Accurate Records

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.

Requirements
  • Education

You must have a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.

Experience

Experience in family medicine or a related field is an asset.

Certifications

You must be certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or a equivalent certification body.
