Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons #9334. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food, as well as the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
