As a skilled makeup artist, you will combine your artistic expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers. You will work as part of a high-performing team to create impactful in-store events and ensure that the store consistently meets our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, educating and delighting customers with your makeup expertise
- Work collaboratively with the team to create engaging in-store events and experiences
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement
- Utilize retail point-of-sale software to manage sales and customer interactions
- Meet the requirements for working in a fast-paced retail environment, including flexible scheduling and ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events
Requirements
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but not required; applicants with amateur level experience who demonstrate high creative and technical expertise are welcome
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to attend an interview
