Position Title: Accounting Manager

Role Overview:

As a pivotal member of our finance team, you will:

  • Oversee accounts payable processes, including supplier invoices, expense accounts, purchase orders, and payment processing.
  • Manage client invoicing and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Supervise the accounts receivable collection procedures to ensure timely payments.
  • Execute payroll functions accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure alignment with financial statements.
  • Prepare year-end government financial reports.
  • Fulfill additional related responsibilities as required.

Candidate Profile: Essential Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in accounting principles and management practices.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a comparable position.
  • Familiarity with Zoho software is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Fluency in both French and English is a plus.
