  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries.
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys.
  • Establish and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
