About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and innovation of our high-performance vinyl window manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Manufacturing Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
  • Drive Innovation: Develop and implement strategies to enhance product quality, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans that drive revenue growth, enhance brand presence, and support market expansion.
  • Manage Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Lead efforts to refine manufacturing processes, optimize resource allocation, and implement best practices that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and uphold high-quality standards.
  • Build and Nurture High-Performance Teams: Inspire and develop manufacturing teams, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven culture, while investing in talent development and succession planning.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, monitor business performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Proven Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of experience in leading a technical and product-driven business, with a strong track record of scaling operations and achieving significant growth.
  • Technical and Process Expertise: Deep understanding of technical products and manufacturing processes, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation.
  • Change Management: Expertise in process mapping, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Advanced Degree: Advanced degree in engineering, business, or a related field is required.
