Certified Aircraft Maintenance Specialist

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct and oversee all maintenance operations related to commercial aircraft, both in the hangar and on the ramp;
  • Ensure that all aircraft documentation is thorough and precise;
  • Verify that all components installed on aircraft are appropriately certified;
  • Execute responsibilities in accordance with the relevant maintenance control manual and ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulatory standards;
  • Participate in training sessions as mandated by company management;
  • Follow the Safety Management System Policy diligently;
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times;
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Possession of a valid Transport Canada M2 license;
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience;
  • Endorsements on 737 Max, A320, and 747 are considered advantageous;
  • A&P license is a plus;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while demonstrating strong organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail is essential;
  • A positive attitude is required;
  • Team-oriented mindset;
  • Effective communication skills.
EDUCATION:
  • Completion of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Technician program or equivalent.
