We are currently looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to become a part of our Personal Insurance division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Address ongoing client needs, provide insurance advice, conduct assessments, recommend solutions, respond to inquiries, and manage renewals
- Generate new business by selling policies to both existing and prospective clients
- Initiate quotes for new business through outreach efforts and in-person client interactions
- Collaborate with Underwriters and Adjusters regarding policy guidelines
- Prepare necessary documentation for insurers, complete client applications, issue insurance certificates, and process policy changes
- Stay informed about underwriting regulations and operational workflows
- Engage in training programs to enhance skills
- Participate in community marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary education
- At least 2 years of sales experience (insurance sales experience is preferred but not mandatory)
- Possession of Level 1 General license or willingness to obtain it
- Familiarity with Epic software is advantageous
- Strong focus on customer service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass background and credit checks
