Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and assess data influencing land utilization.
  • Propose strategies for zoning, subdivisions, transportation, public utilities, community amenities, parks, agriculture, and other land applications.

  • Present development plans to civic, rural, and regional authorities while facilitating public forums.
  • Establish long-term goals and policies regarding future land use and environmental conservation.
  • Oversee, manage, and evaluate daily operational activities.
