Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Executive House Suites Hotel. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurant and hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and high-quality service
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
