About the Role

Compensation: $21-$22/hour

Shift Schedule: 2nd shift (1pm-9:30pm)


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain complex equipment, including shear mixers, pumps, processing valves, and process controls.
  • Accurately weigh and blend various components to meet precise formula requirements.
  • Perform accurate mathematical conversions and record components and lot numbers added to each batch.
  • Follow instructions on production orders, ensuring proper mix time and ingredient addition for consistent batches.
  • Adhere to plant, quality, safety, environmental, and security policies and guidelines.
  • Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct batch tests, including Brix, pH, color, flavor, taste, temperature, and acidity measurements.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Knowledge of food production, GMPs, food safety, and sanitation standards is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with others.
  • Good organizational, communication, and mathematical skills.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn an ERP system.
  • Ability and willingness to follow plant Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Security policies and guidelines.
  • Able to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as required.
