About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and driving sales through effective visual merchandising and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including display of merchandise, window displays, and visual displays.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and debit payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and performing data entry.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail sales experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Available to work a 40-hour week.
