About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead our Growth Onboarding efforts at Jobber. As a key member of our Growth team, you'll be responsible for crafting an exceptional first-time experience for service providers joining our platform.

Your mission will be to motivate and guide new users, ensuring they choose the right plan tailored to their business needs. By leveraging your diverse talents, you'll identify and test opportunities to streamline the onboarding process, foster adoption, and establish strong, lasting habits with our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive complex, business-critical growth initiatives, defining a vision, strategy, and roadmap that enables customers to set up, activate, and engage with Jobber's products.
  • Navigate uncertainty and ambiguity, synthesizing actionable problems, insights, and requirements from raw, unstructured qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Engage and cultivate relationships with product partners to influence shared cross-team directions and manage risks or trade-offs.
  • Become an authority on your Growth strategies, balancing near-term impact with long-term extensibility.
  • Make data-informed decisions, knowing how you're measuring success before starting any project.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager on a Growth team, in a SaaS-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence company-level strategy and work with business leaders to execute on the transformation.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Excitement about building product experiences that create measurable business value.
