About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating loss prevention risks across our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations into loss prevention incidents, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent and detect shoplifting, theft, and other forms of loss.
  • Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to store employees on loss prevention best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in loss prevention, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
Requirements
  • Valid security license (region/market specific)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
