We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating loss prevention risks across our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations into loss prevention incidents, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as needed.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent and detect shoplifting, theft, and other forms of loss.
- Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to store employees on loss prevention best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in loss prevention, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
- Valid security license (region/market specific)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
