Reporting to the Director of Patient Care Services, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will oversee the care for elderly clients in a Geriatric Day Hospital setting, utilizing a client and family-centered approach. You will coordinate both outpatient and inpatient geriatric services.
As a clinical resource, you will assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in the hospital and community in planning care for elderly patients. You will share your knowledge and expertise through consultations, in-services, and presentations.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00
