Part-Time English & Math Teacher/Tutor Wanted

We are seeking a passionate and experienced teacher/tutor to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. as a part-time English and Math teacher/tutor.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position that requires a commitment of at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday 3:00pm - 7:00pm, and Saturdays 9:00am - 1:00pm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and tutoring, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach English and Math to students of various ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Teaching certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of current curriculum and teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
