Job Title: Upholstery-Cutting and Sewing Foreman/Woman

Sofa By Fancy Ltd is seeking a skilled Upholstery-Cutting and Sewing Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for overseeing the cutting and sewing of high-quality upholstery components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless production.
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Prepare production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical capabilities include bending, crouching, kneeling, and repetitive tasks.
