Position: Senior Analyst - Structured Credit & CLOs

Fitch Ratings is looking for a Senior Analyst to become part of our Structured Credit team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate ratings on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) utilizing proprietary models.
  • Prepare and present rating conclusions to a credit committee.
  • Draft rating action commentary reports to convey rating decisions to market participants.
  • Contribute to regular and special research publications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (finance, accounting, economics, etc.).
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the financial sector, preferably related to CLOs or Structured Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • High level of personal accountability, initiative, and self-management.
  • Ability to articulate complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Interest in capital markets and structured finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with programming languages is advantageous but not mandatory.
