We are a dynamic retail company seeking a highly organized and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
    • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance of the store's appearance, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
    • Implement efficient systems for receiving, processing, and storing merchandise.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
