Interactive Media Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer to join our team at Rainmark Media inc. as a key member of our digital solutions team.
Key Responsibilities- Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements and develop a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Website Requirements: Consult with clients to document and develop comprehensive Website requirements, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Code Development: Design, integrate, and write website-related code, leveraging expertise in various software and technologies.
- Content Creation: Develop and optimize engaging content for Websites, utilizing a range of graphics, databases, animation, and other software tools.
- Software Evaluation: Research and assess various interactive media software products to recommend the best solutions for clients.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure the highest standards of Website performance.
- Conflict Resolution: Effectively resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the user experience.
- Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Test Execution: Execute and document the results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
- Work Environment: Work in a permanent, full-time capacity, with a standard 40-hour workweek and English as the primary work language.
