Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and linen management
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Assist with exercise and mobility, including walking and other activities
  • Change non-sterile dressings and perform other personal care tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • Punctuality, dependability, and efficient interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and initiative are key to success in this role
