Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Strategic Development and Operations Specialist at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of business strategies, as well as coordinating logistics and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Coordinate logistics and operations to ensure seamless execution of business plans
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
