Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Diablo Diesel Performance Ltd. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing heavy trucks and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Inspection: Use computerized and other testing equipment to detect faults and malfunctions in heavy trucks and equipment.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Adjust equipment, repair or replace defective parts, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including documentation of work performed and parts used.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Test repaired equipment to ensure it meets manufacturers' specifications and perform quality control checks to ensure work meets standards.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and lubricating equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
